Shipping

Orders ship within 2-3 business days.

Transit times do not include Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. Please make sure your order is shipping to a secure location. Once packages are marked as delivered we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages.

We will not be held accountable for unforeseen weather conditions that delay delivery time. We do not ship on weekends and holidays.

For customized merchandise please allow 7-10 business days for completion.

TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE

All packages sent via UPS will have a tracking number assigned. Your tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is shipped.  We can not be help responsible for lost or stolen packages if the address is incorrect, therefore please make sure to provide a correct and secure location for you orders.

Grandcaneodesigns.com is not liable for any lost shipments. Customers are responsible for claiming all misplaced, lost, undelivered OR "abandoned" shipments directly with UPS. All customers are encouraged to contact UPS about a missing or undelivered package.  In the event that your package is lost or misplaced we will do our best to assist you.
