RETURNS
Grand Canoe Designs offers a returns 7 days from the delivery date. We accept items for return that are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged.
Merchandise must include vendor packaging and tags, and be in the same condition as when it was received. Returns/Merchandise must be received within 7 business days from the time of your request. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective.
Sale items are not eligible for returns, exchanges or price adjustments.
We reserve the right to reject any return/exchange that does not comply with the conditions stated above.
All refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Once your return is processed, a refund will be issued for the merchandise amount. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to post to your account.
ART PRINTABLESReturns, exchanges, or cancellations for art printable's are not expected however, please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
